Total Rewards Officer
We are looking for a Total Rewards Officer with deep expertise in compensation, benefits,
payroll governance, and internal equity analysis. This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of
Total Rewards experience who can operate independently, analyze complex data, and support a
fast-paced engineering workforce. You will be the subject-matter expert ensuring our rewards
programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Do
• Lead compensation and internal equity analysis across engineering and support roles
• Maintain salary structures, job leveling, and benchmarking for niche IC design positions
• Oversee payroll governance and statutory compliance (DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth,
Pag-IBIG)
• Validate payroll inputs and conduct periodic payroll audits using Sprout HRIS
• Administer mandatory benefits and government reporting
• Support annual merit, bonus, and benefits cycles
• Generate compensation dashboards and analytics for leadership
• Provide expert guidance to HRBPs, managers, and technical leaders
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity across all TR processes
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Payroll
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
• Hands-on experience with Sprout HRIS (payroll, timekeeping, employee records)
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
• Experience in a technical, engineering, or semiconductor environment is a strong
advantage
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
